  • The primary purpose of Gender-Inclusive Housing is to provide support to students who need or request accommodations due to gender identity and expression. Assignment Services will not ask for more information than is required to meet students’ housing needs, and disclosed private information is confidential.

Family Housing

Santa Barbara Student Housing Cooperative

  • The purpose of the Santa Barbara Student Housing Co-op (SBSHC) is to provide low rent co-op housing for student, staff, and faculty of the University of California at Santa Barbara, regardless of gender, race, social, political, or religious affiliation, and thereby influencing the community to eliminate prejudice and discrimination in the community. We strive to engage in continuous educational programs that further the principles of cooperation through mutual, self-help living at a minimal cost.

  • You have to be a student to enter this website. This website gives you access to available housing in Isla Vista and Goleta, Santa Barbara area… basically off campus housing.

Legal Services

Ron Perry - On Campus Attorney

The UC Immigrant Legal Services Center recently received funds from the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) to pay for DACA application filing fees.  Funding is available now, though there is an approximate 3-5 day processing between requesting the fees and receiving the filing fee check.  In order to receive the funding, students have to receive legal services through the UC Immigrant Legal Services Center.

UndocuQueer UndocuTrans folks can go get DACA renewal assistance for free, and general legal assistance for themselves and their immediate families.

A support network for Q/T/W/OC to share their wealth, resources, knowledge, memes, and events to support each other for our collective liberation.

This space is to ask for help and to have a whole community of color to support you with everything they got. Modeled after self-sustaining communities of color, the support of your community is crucial to our revolutionary efforts.
