We have a Title IX Advocacy Liaison who is an additional confidential resource for UCSB students, faculty, and staff who have experienced interpersonal violence.
Student Engagement Initiatives
The RCSGD’s Student Engagement Initiatives involve a variety of ways to learn about and work with the RCSGD on development areas that foster growth as scholars, leaders, and community members.
Queer Trans Identities & Experiences Seminars - QTies
Queer Trans Identities & Experiences Seminars or QTie Seminars are designed to provide professional and personal development for students, faculty, and staff at UCSB regarding LGBTQ identities and experiences. With an awareness that all forms of oppression are inherently interconnected, these seminars will focus on LGBTQ identity, experience, and culture through a social justice and intersectional lens.
Consultation Services
Our LGBTQIA+ Inclusion Consultation Services are designed to support UCSB campus departments, student organizations, and programs in creating inclusive, affirming, and welcoming environments for all students, faculty, and staff, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender, or gender expression.
