The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity supports LGBTQ staff and faculty in addition to supporting students. Below you will find some of the resources provided to LGBTQ staff and faculty at UCSB.

On Campus Resources

Mission:

The LGBTQ Staff & Faculty Collective promotes a welcoming campus community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer staff and faculty at UC Santa Barbara through providing support, resources, and events for LGBTQ employees. This purpose will be achieved through quarterly member meetings, monthly events, mentorship opportunities, and a member directory. This collective has and will continue to seek on-going institutional support from the Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity, Human Resources, and the Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

The LGBTQ Staff & Faculty Collective is a UCSB staff organization that provides additional networking and community building opportunities for UCSB non-student employees.

Join The Collective on Shoreline!
