Binder Exchange Program
- This ongoing program helps find a new home for gently-used, cleaned binders. If you have a binder that you no longer need, you can drop it off at the RCSGD front desk during business hours.
- If you can't afford a binder on your own, please email trans@sa.ucsb.edu to see if our binder exchange program can provide you with a free binder!
Clothing
Donate clothing for our Queer and Trans Clothing Swap we host twice a year.
Clothing Donations for our spring Trans Clothing Swap will be accepted April 1st-23rd, 2024. Please drop donations off in the labeled bins in the Student Resource Building or email equity@sa.ucsb.edu to coordinate a large pick-up/drop-off.
The event will take place April 26th, 11am-3pm on the SRB Lawn.
Art
Trans Week of Visibility Silent Auction
- Every Spring quarter, the RCSGD & a campus affiliated student organization seek donations for the Trans Week of Visibility Silent Auction. Donations are auctioned off during UCSB Trans Week of Visibility typically week 4 of Spring quarter. Proceeds of the silent auction provide grants for trans, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming UCSB students in the future. Donations can include self-made paintings, drawings, jewelry, knitted items, books, etc.
- Art donations for this year's event will be accepted until April 19th, 2024. Donations can be dropped off at the RCSGD lounge front desk during our business hours. Anyone can donate! If you have questions about donations, please email us at quinnrioz@ucsb.edu.
