LGBTQIA+ Peer Groups
Peer Groups are events that happen at the same time and place every week.
Some of these events are social spaces to make connections while others offer a discussion space to share your challenges and growth with community peers.
There are events that are only open to students who are part of those communities or those who are questioning.
You can find more information in the event descriptions.
This is a discussion group for all Bi+ students as well as those questioning. Here we will hold facilitated conversations about all things bi+ related— biphobia, bi-erasure, bi-culture etc. This group is open to all gender identities!
These discussions are hosted by Associated Students' Trans and Queer Commission (TQCOMM) so more information can be found via their Instagram @ucsbtqc.
Every Thursday from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
This space is open for individuals who identify with the trans/gender non-conforming umbrella and/or are questioning their gender identity. This is a closed space for trans, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, and questioning students.
For more information, email the Trans Empowerment Coordinator at Trans@sa.ucsb.edu
