Plan on studying in the RCSGD Lounge and/or need a space to practice self-regulation before exams? Join us in the RCSGD Lounge to learn some Self-Soothing Basics!
This event will run from 2:30-3:30 this Wednesday, so feel free to drop in for a study break and quick few minutes of relaxation–you don’t have to stay the whole time. We will be drawing from different self massage practices and physical approaches, there is something for everyone! We will be sitting on the red couches, so there is no need to bring or prepare anything.
