Student Health Services Gender-affirming Care Scheduler
In the Student Health Portal you can now request appointments for gender-affirming care services.
Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to do that!

Once you log into your
Student Health Portal
click on Schedule an Appointment.
On the next page, click
Schedule an Appointment.
Select
Medical Services
and click continue.
Select
Gender Care/Hormones/Transgender
and click continue.
For new patients accessing gender-affirming care, select New inquiries and click continue.
For continuing patients wanting to schedule follow up appointments, select Follow-up Appointments and click continue.
For continuing patients who want to schedule their hormone injection with a medical staff, select Hormones and click continue.
Once the request is submitted, a Student Health clinician from the Trans Health Care team will reach out to you to schedule an appointment!
